Air flows parallel to a speed limit signboard along the highway at speed V = 20 km/h. The air temperature is 40°C, and the width W of the signboard parallel to the flow direction (i.e., its length) is 3.5 m. For the properties of air, please refer to the textbook/google online/handout. 

i. Is the boundary layer on the signboard laminar or turbulent, or transitional? 

ii. If it is assumed that the boundary layer is LAMINAR everywhere along the width, find the boundary layer thickness at the end of the plate. 

iii. If it is assumed that the boundary layer is TURBULENT everywhere along the width, find the boundary layer thickness and momentum thickness at the end of the plate.
